Pizza at a local restaurant tonight and it was great washed down with a couple Modelos. Rented a golf cart down here know as a beach buggie. Took that to the restaurant via the beach route. They allow them all over in town and there fun to run up an down the miles of beach here.

Re: What's for supper?
no mystery to it .... when we are camped as we are now, we have much less to do most days than we do when we are at home .... we both enjoy filling part of that time with meal planning and preparation ....markiver54 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 22, 2021 8:44 pmImagine...someone eating better in their camper than we are at home!
Re: What's for supper?

We had our seafood boil with craw dads, shrimp, broccoli, cauliflower, onions and green and red peppers in crab boil.
The cocktail sauce was really hot.
Still fighting candida so no beer but a martini later in the evening.

Fred Myer had some steelhead but it was farm raised. I won't buy farm raised fish, sometimes it's just OK, sometimes it's mushy and tasteless to the point of being uneatable.

Wife put together some Vietnamese soup, noodles, thin sliced beef and other things. Gadzooks it was good! Finish it off for dinner. Rainy, lazy and watching TV. Beer time!
Re: What's for supper?
I like that gumbo. Does she put okra in it? Tonight we are havin Halibut Cheeks. Wild caught from Great Alaska Seafood. They are a real treat. She makes them parmesan crusted yum yum.
