I have got to look for a bottle of this mystical Buffalo Trace you speak of. It sounds too good to be true. I have to confess to enjoying way too many North Carolina craft beers. This area seems to have attracted a bunch of great beer brew masters.

Well it was brought to my attention only a couple years ago by a SC gentleman.
And I've grown quite fond of it, We even have a friend over in South Africa that sips a little every now and then.

I spent a really good afternoon with Dave way back when this forum was still a pup. I was visiting old friends near Onieda NY and got in touch with him. Great guy.... don’t tell him I said that. Don’t want him to get all big headed.
Seriously if you ever plan to be anywhere near Syracuse New York send him a pm and make plans to get together.
Stand by....... had to take another sip of this delicious beer.
It’s an imperial stout so if I begin to slur my words.... get over it.

I don't think you will be disappointed if you have a taste for good Bourbon David. My usual AEB has been Vodka and tonic.
Went to the doctor today, and discovered, I have gained 20 pounds since I quit smoking. Some was expected, however, all that tonic has sugar in it because I cannot stand the taste of diet tonic. Maybe a bit less tonic, and more sipping good Bourbon. :)
BTW...our little town has become a craft brew mecca. Come try Hendersonville if you're ever out this way!
PS. thanks to Randy, or I may have never discovered The Trace! :D

Mark glad you liked it sir.
I went to a gathering another forum down in Texas,

Anyway Steve he's from central SC, he brings out this bottle of bourbon.
First sip , I was wow not bad at all. What is this?
And well here I am now.
I know for a fact that I have helped their sales the last couple years.
Just by the people that I've mentioned it to. ;)
We're not sayin it's he best or nothin, but that it sure ain't the worst. ;)
