The Adult Evening Beverage
Re: The Adult Evening Beverage
One last all together day before they all go to their homes. Kids had fun playing around the ranch and the boys and I spent the afternoon trap shooting, when that was done, Modelo’s and Budweisers. A shrimp boil for dinner and we toasted the family with Jameson Irish! Slàinte

Re: The Adult Evening Beverage
I have a nice shot of Maker's Mark and a cold water.
We just finished Sirloin Steak on the grill along with some Chicken of the Woods sautéed in butter and garlic and a salad with
lettuce, peppers, blue cheese crumbles, and purslane, which Carol gathered in the yard.

The Chicken of the Woods I gathered last year and Carol had frozen. Still really good.
You have to get it when it's fresh or it will get woody if left to grow too long.

Celebrating 46th wedding anniversary? the missus and I traveled to the big city for a steak dinner. Ribeye with hash browns for me and a sirloin with baked potato for her. Had a couple of Irish’s neat for me. Think I’ll finish with an Irish Coffee.

I had my golf buddies over for some Yuengling the other day. First time they have tried it. It was the Amber Lager and all seemed to enjoy it.
