One last all together day before they all go to their homes. Kids had fun playing around the ranch and the boys and I spent the afternoon trap shooting, when that was done, Modelo’s and Budweisers. A shrimp boil for dinner and we toasted the family with Jameson Irish! Slàinte 🇺🇸 🇩🇰 🇲🇽 🇮🇹

I have a nice shot of Maker's Mark and a cold water.

We just finished Sirloin Steak on the grill along with some Chicken of the Woods sautéed in butter and garlic and a salad with
lettuce, peppers, blue cheese crumbles, and purslane, which Carol gathered in the yard.

The Chicken of the Woods I gathered last year and Carol had frozen. Still really good.
You have to get it when it's fresh or it will get woody if left to grow too long.
