I’m still up or getting up to keep the door clear of snow so I can open it. The two feet of snow we received is getting blown around in the 40 mph wind. The snow is up to the eaves on the garage. Then 50 feet away is bare ground.

I almost slept too long and had a hard time opening my door. It’s going to be a tight fit squeezing out. I did put the shovel within reach.

The snow on the west side is even deeper against the storm door.

I took the storm door off the front door which I don’t use. I can at least always open the house door to the inside to exit in an emergency. Also because of the wind direction this one doesn’t get blocked.

40' with a little drizzle. Supposed to start clearing up late morning and have sun this afternoon. Maybe 68' then.

Looks exactly like what I’ve been seeing on the news this morning. Yuk for you, BRM and all who are getting hammered by this storm.

Here it’s 32 and overcast. We got another skiff of snow overnight. Doubt we will see much in the way of temperature increase. Good day for me to hit the woodshed and split more wood for next season.

Your home could use a couple of hours of that 104 degree heat.
