Hearing aid question
Re: Hearing aid question
I don't need hearing aids (although being able to listen to Bluetooth over them would be neat) but I'm assuming the ads I've seen for $400 hearing aids saying they are as good as the expensive ones are false.
Re: Hearing aid question
I'm heading down that hearing aid road. Does Medicare pick up any of the cost? I've heard decent thing about Costco. A woman I know husband passed away shortly after buying his aids. She returned them to Costco for a refund.
Re: Hearing aid question
Would depend on your Medicare advantage program, mine covers $3,000 per ear for hearing aids every 3 years.
I don't know about traditional Medicare.

Re: Hearing aid question
our Medicare Advantage Plan covered a good chunk of the price of mine .... I haven't checked to see how often .... I recently took mine in to have them cleaned and checked and was told that AI advancements will really enhance my next set .... one area where that will be true will be in reducing background noise .... they will do a better job of screening out the noise and enhancing voices
Re: Hearing aid question
If that is true, I am looking forward to my new pair next year.
