Finally!

It seems that I might finally be getting closer to getting my .243 Henry single shot rifle. Apparently they are getting the barrels for that caliber this month hope to be able to ship first part of September. It’s not certain or iron clad but sounds like it could happen. I hope so, I have a pretty good chance of getting a doe permit for the area I hunt and would be sweet to christen the new gun this way. Plus our season runs in November so I’ll have time to sight it in and get use to it.

If not I’ll be carrying around a Remington 20 gauge 870. It will work I’m not particularly fond of the gun. I’m eventually going to sell it.

Well thought I’d post something positive. Haven’t been on as I’m fighting some asthma issues which finally seems to be u dear control.

I hope so, they had the welding machine break down that was the major hold up. I hope they got it fixed right so I don’t have issues. But they seem to have a great record.
