We meatbags have historically mucked up just about any imagined effort. Not sure I trust any machine designed by us to make life and death decisions. Go Skynet! Lol

Anything that has AI should have Asimov's 3 laws of robotics built in.

Terminators and The Matrix are not that far-feched anymore. Who knows, maybe it's already happening.🙀

"A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law."

As a side note Elon Musk's company Neuralink has won US approval for human trials of a brain implant that would allow direct human interface with AI.
I can see the possible benefits but there is definitely the potential for misuse in the long run.
