Had to have coffees...
When I drove through Sheridan Wyoming there was a great coffee shop that had some very interesting roasts!
Had to get the Lever Action and Chicken ones lol
Bison Union is a small company run by ex combat veterans so I'm more than happy to support their coffees.
Gonna grind some come the weekend!

I suppose the lever action roast has some kick to it.
I'd inspect the chicken rancher roast carefully before grinding them. Might be some chicken leavings in there with the beans. Maybe that's what gives them a unique flavor.

LOLOL you just reminded me of the super expensive elephant dung coffee you can buy. It's like 50 bucks a cup!clovishound wrote: ↑Tue Aug 30, 2022 4:27 pmI suppose the lever action roast has some kick to it.

Is that like the expensive tiger coffee? The beans aren't harvested until they pass through the intestines of the animal first? Mmmm, not.

Yes the elephants eat the beans. Their internal temperature is perfect (so they say) and poop out the coffee gold lol - not for me either loldaytime dave wrote: ↑Tue Aug 30, 2022 8:35 pmIs that like the expensive tiger coffee? Re: Had to have coffees...
I knew about the coffee that passes through the civets (small cat like critters). I didn't know about the elephant thing.
