CZ FS was hot today
I got some work done around the house and out side and two loads of laundry. I then thought I did all that now I deserve some time for me. So I put up a target at my 35 yd target board because I was going to shoot my Remington 513T with peep sights. After shooting it I went in and brought out the Henry Frontier to shoot a few circles. I didn't really count the rounds I put in. I just dropped some down the tube. I was to lazy to move the target so I shot it at 35 yds. also. It did about how it always shoots which I feel is pretty good with the creepy trigger it has. So then I brought out my CZ FS 22 (#2). Again I shot at 35 yds with it's favored lot # of CCI Standards. I could not believe the way it shot this evening. I don't think I have went back to back targets this good with any of my light rifles except the Remington 541S and maybe a CZ or two. Even this being it's favored ammo I doubt I will see this happen for a while. This CZ is a great shooter by sporter weight standards and only is scoped with a 1.5-5 Japan made Tasco. It is a squirrel killer. Here is the target with two 5 shot groups in a row each group in the same hole. I may tack this up above my bench.

If you shoot a CZ you need to buy a micrometer.

Maybe that's true for y'all. When mine gets here, I doubt anything smaller than a yardstick will be needed.Sir Henry wrote:If you shoot a CZ you need to buy a micrometer.
