It's been a busy few days so I'm just getting caught up posting this. Saturday May 8 was a special day for my wife and I. We celebrated 50 years of marriage with our 3 children and several of our grandchildren. It started Friday night when our daughter, her husband and her youngest son surprised us. They told us they we taking us to a cidery located in the Virginia mountains for a special lunch. When we got there we were again surprised by our son from South Carolina and his wife and step daughter, and our youngest son and his wife and two grandchildren.
What a wonderful day and perfect way to celebrate 50 years of marriage with our 3 children and some of the grandkids.

Congrats on your special day. The old saying of "Happy wife, happy life" must work but I have one better,
"Happy spouse, happy house". That probably fits in your case.
