It will be an unusual Mothers Day here this year

While not what I'd consider an appropriate Mothers Day gift my wife wanted a pickup truck load of cow manure! So yesterday we began mixing and working it into the garden and planters, and if the weather holds out we should be able to finish it up today. She has really got into gardening this year and in fact it's starting to sound like she's taking over the 20x30 enclosed area and all 4 raised beds (5x10 each.) If this works out how I have it envisioned I might have lot's more time to shoot later on . :D

My Mother passed in 1994 at the young age of 67. I couldn’t of asked for a better Mother. So this past week my sister and I visited my mothers resting place in Walla Walla Washington. I hadn’t been there since the year she passed as its just not an easy place to access. So Happy Mother’s Day Mom RIP

My mother passed away at an early age, she never got to see my kids, her grandkids. We go to the National Cemetery and visit as often as we can. RIP ma!

My friend is having his Mother over to his home today. She is 101 and looks like she is in her late 70's. She even beat Covid. Quite a women. My Mom passed in '98 and she is missed by the entire family.

Mother passed away last June. It's the first Mother's day without her.

It was like a storm hit. Carol cooked and baked last evening and then again this morning. She loves it.
At eleven they all swooped in, ate, talked, laughed, and left. By two thirty they were all gone. By three
we had the house back to normal. Carol is chilling and I'm watching NASCAR.

We had a breakfast crockpot of eggs, peppers, onions and ham which was really good.
Then creamed spinach, Ceaser salad, fruit salad, cinnamon rolls, monkey bread, orange juice and coffee.

Left overs for supper. :D
