Wow, this thread is full of great, inspiring stories of folks who have kicked one habit or another (or more than one!), so CONGRATS to all of you, and especially to you, Mark, for setting the goal, sticking with it and kicking it for good! I speak for all of us when I say we were happy to help in whatever way we could!
And, congrats to AL on his retirement, and thanks to all of you for sharing your stories of success!
