Hadn't run across this until today, so picked up a bottle to try out. Very good small batch bourbon. It was developed by a rogue Revenuer by the name of Fitzgerald, and is a 92 proof wheat bourbon. Was originally called "Fitzgerald Barrels", because that was his favorite when he raided the stills in Kentucky and kept it for his own use - hence the name "Larceny". I'd like to have known him.

It's $28.90 at the local AF base. Don't know about civilian stores.

I should have asked, but looks like that is a pint judging by the shot glass.
If that's the case, might be outa my ball park.

The 3 W's: Woodworkers, Weapons, and Whiskey - have always been related. For good and bad.

Barrel making by a Master Cooper. There's a couple ads you'll have to put up with, but you'll find out a lot about fine bourbon/whiskey by watching the entire video. One thing to note, that he doesn't make clear, is the oak used is always White Oak. Never Red Oak. The reason is that Red Oak leaks due to the structure of the wood. Same with wooden ships.
