The Fourth & Fireworks

Post by PT7 » Sun Jul 03, 2016 11:34 am

Two comments on this 4th of July fun activity.

~If anyway does fireworks, please be careful and be safe. Remember that you need those hands and eyes for Henry trigger action & sighting, plus reloading work, too!! ;)

~Here is an alternative fireworks activity, as quoted by Josh Billings: " Laughter  is the fireworks of the soul."

Enjoy our Independence Day celebrations, Everyone!

Happy Fourth everyone! No fireworks here, too much rain on the way starting in a few hours. They will try again next Saturday.

no fireworks here this year for exactly the opposite reason .... its way tooooo dry .... just prior to a ban being activated a grass fire just north of our location proved to be pretty destructive .... signs have gone up all over town proclaiming heavy fines ..... needless to say, its been very quiet this year

Interesting --- Fireworks held up once again by too much rain and too much dryness.

I just heard an amazing stat about fireworks, which was discussed in the evening news report. Of course, it's all couched in the caution to be extremely careful with that burning sulphur. Here is the news blip:

"On the average each year in the US, there are approximately 4300 house fires started by fireworks." :(

Something to think about...
