Strange happenings in the neighborhood!

A home that we walk by everyday was sold back in 2017 after the woman's husband had passed and she moved in with her daughter.
Well over last 1 1/2 years some work was being done like new windows,flooring and other things but nobody has ever moved in.
We see no cars in the driveway but we do notice packages get dropped off sitting on porch and garbage gets built up and put out on the street.

Happen to ask the guy who lives next door and he said nobody lives there!!! Spooky but true!

Might be the lady who owned it died, and the family hasn't decided what to do with it. Or perhaps she is sick and can't deal with selling or renting it, so the kids are keeping it up.
