Anyone else a fan of Broomhandle Mauser pistols? I've become particular to the Model 1930 removable magazine version (I think the Chinese import version was called the "Model 714"). I made a unique holster for it and it's turned into my all-around hiking/walk-about handgun. Would like to see what else others here have and think about theirs.

I built a case for mine based on how I felt about the pistol - it's a very nostalgic pistol when you hold it/carry it and seems like something from the old adventurer days:

Very nice looking set up. I have never had an opportunity to fire one but I have read they can be extremely accurate.

Very cool setup! Is that a 9mm caliber?

It's in 9mm. They're great pistols and cas be quite accurate. But ergonomics may leave a lot to be desired for some. Certainly not a competition grip.

I had a very nice 9mm German military version with the wooden holster back in the 90’s. I had collected military firearms and sold the collection. That’s one and an unissued P38 that I wish I’d kept.

My uncle had a Spanish version in the 50’s that was full auto. I saw him fire it a few times. What a cool pistol.
