I just bought one of these after looking at them for about a year. Found one on Gunbroker and decided to jump on it. I had also recently bought a Ruger Blackhawk 357 9mm convertible. I had issues with the Ruger in that the cylinder pin wouldnt stay latched. It would work its way out and I couldnt shoot the gun. After further investigation by myself and my close friend we discovered there was a bur inside the latch of the cylinder pin. We were able to unscrew the latch and work the small bur back and forth to remove it. That little spring loaded latch wasnt going all the way in to lock into the groove of the cylinder pin. There was an obvious malfunction with this right from the get go and Im surprised the final inspection people didnt catch this. I tell this story because I just cleaned my Uberti and Im really impressed with the fit and function of this gun. I cant wait to shoot it and it will happen this week. Ya I know Ruger makes a lot of guns and one now and then is bound to slip by. We all know it even happens at Henry as it has with one of mine. It still makes a person wanna go hmmm

Steel, C/H Frame, Blued, 4-3/4 inch, 5-1/2 inch, and 7-1/2 inch barrel?

I've actually considered this same one many times. Maybe one day I'll actually pull that trigger.

Here is a link to the one I bought this should answer questions above. They do make it in all of those barrel lengths. They have been out for a couple years now good ole Hickok 45 did a review on one if you do a search on the Youtube I bet you will find it. Al

BigAl, very sharp-looking revolver! Having just recently bought my two Uberti revolvers, I agree that the fit & function is impressive. Uberti has some quality firearms out there.

Shot this pistol today with my sister who is in town from Seattle. We went to my favorite spot on the grasslands. I chased some deserving tin cans over the bank with it and had a great time. I love that fact its a 12 shot single action and its more accurate than a Ruger single six I have. It doesnt seem to be to picky with ammo. Im glad I finally decided to go ahead and buy one and would not hesitate to buy one if you have thought about getting one.
