Ordered new Revolver!

Post by RanchRoper » Tue Sep 13, 2016 9:02 pm

Placed my order today for a Cimarron Uberti Colt 1860 Richards Mason open top revolver, 8" barrel in .45 Colt. It will be a couple of weeks to get it from Cimarron. 1 piece walnut Army grip, case colored frame and blued barrel.
Should be tons of fun to shoot! :D

At last we can say.....CONGRATS!! Your BB will have a new "companion." ;)

Great-looking photo. Looking forward to seeing pics of your actual revolver, and even more so, your Range Reports!
Enjoy.

Can't wait. The sad part is that the only time it can come out to play is at the range. Would be awesome to carry in the hills but that's a big no-no in Canada. So look out range backboards, the day of reckoning is coming!

I don't mind waiting a couple of weeks for brand new in box! I didn't really want one that's been to all the gun shows and handled multiple times. Henry Big Boy and this revolver should be a formidable combo! :)

That is a beautiful revolver. Looking forward to seeing it punch holes in some targets. Congratulations.

Great choice, sorry that you can't wear it on the range. But shooting at the range will take the sting out.

Umbertis are good guns. You will have a lot of fun with it.

I have a Pietta repop of the Remington 1858 New Army. The Piettas are fine shooting guns, but the finishing on Umbertis is much nicer.

Interesting gun. I have not paid much attention to that model at all. Interesting choice. I like that photograph a lot. I know you have a spur, do you have a pig sticker like the one pictured?
