A collectible now???

Post by fortyshooter » Mon Feb 14, 2022 5:07 pm

I see where Springfield quit making the XDE pistols back in December. Have had no issues with my 45 ACP version and it is a nice compact relatively light hammer fired pistol. I hear it was due to low sales over it's 4 years of production and the competition of the new micro 9mm pistols with high capacity mags. With 1+7 of 45 and being able to shoot it well I don't see the issue and it slips right in my back pocket holster.

Well, dang! Hang on to that one. Compact, easy to carry and looks to be accurate. Win-win.

I can understand. I carry a Glock 36 single stack 45 that belonged to my late friend. He had four extra magazines for it still in the factory wrappers so I thought that he must have thought highly of it.
