Ruger Single Ten

I’ve got just about every ignition system firearm you can have that might be considered normal. Except one - single action revolver. Putzing around the www I started to find that a Ruger Single 10 may fit that empty spot nicely. I already have food for it, light to no recoil, and I could give the Mark II a break.
Two things - 1st - honest review from people I trust. I know a few of you out there have one so I’d be very interested in things like “hand fit with the narrower grips”, functionality problems or anomalies, and of course accuracy.
2nd - and the hardest part it seems, is finding one. Heck - the only place to even find a Single Six is on Gun Broker - and they’re quite pricey over there.

I went for 2 more with the Cimmaron 12 shooter. The Rugers are well built shooters too.

I will vote for the Uberti 12 shot also I have one as does Forty. I like it alot. It doesnt have a rear adjustable sight like the Ruger does but that wasnt an issue for myself. Having 12 shots is nice.

ZP, I have one and love it!☺
At first, the grips did seem a bit narrow, ( they are considered gunfighter grips ) however, I got used to that real quick. My hand was just used to my Smith 686 which fills my hand. The Ten is constructed amazingly well. Balance and accuracy are very good also. The Williams fibre optic sights aid in quick target aquisition. It's really fun to shoot.
Yes, they are a bit pricey, but well worth it IMO.
If you persue it, you might try guns.com. I recently found a Henry H001GG there that I was not unable to find in stock anywhere else.

It’s a good looking revolver even if it’s fuzzy.

I've got the single six and really like plinking with it. Also have the single seven which is a really nice shooter as well.

I have an Uberti 6-shot Cattleman and a Ruger Single Ten. The sights are adjustable on the ten compared to a fixed blade on the 6. Ten shots is more fun to shoot. The Uberti looks like it should and the cylinder chambers the round tighter and there is less gas escaping. Both are fun to shoot.
