S&W Model 60-10 fair asking price?

I'm thinking about selling this FTF private party locally. .357mag, bought new in 1999, low rnd count (<100), 3" bbl, pre-hillary hole. I looked around on-line, but would like opinions from y'all. It's in nearly new condition.
