Added Another One

Post by Headhog » Tue Oct 19, 2021 3:17 pm

Went into town today to vote early. After I completed my civic duty I decided to visit two local pawn shops. The first shop I visited didn't have anything of interest in the way of firearms. Mostly new handguns of the currently popular auto-loader varieties. Not much in the way of rifles and shotguns. I guess they did good business for hunting season. But, they did have a lot of powder on the shelves. So I guess that's a good sign.

I stopped in the second shop and immediately heard my name being called. So I made my way around the handgun display cases and there in the corner was a Cimarron Pistolero in 357 Mag. I haven't seen seen any SAA revolvers in a local shop in about 2 years. This one was used, but ever so gently. I gave it a good once over and that was all I needed. Shelled on my money and away we went.

I'm planning to go to the range tomorrow. I'll post up a range report.

Congrats, Paul. If it's anything like my Cimarron Frontier 357, it should shoot well.

Load one, skip one, load four and pull the hammer back and let it down on the empty chamber.
