Saw an ad for a new 22/22mag double action 9 shot revolver (Diamondback sidekick) has a swing out cylinder. Looks interesting I'll be watching for it . Looks like what the Ruger Wrangler should have been.

High Standard made one just like it many years ago. It looks good but a friend had one of their small 380's and it was junk.
