Yes, patience. When I was not searching too hard, there they were: a S&W and a Benelli. So, I took them home.

Picked up the 686 today. Here's a pic along side the 629. I've got Altamont grips ordered for the 686 so that they'll look similar.

Nice! I like the grips. I have a 65 that came with wooden grips. I put a pair of Uncle Mike's (that I ordered from S&W, thought that I would get a pair with S&W emblem), because it was easier on the hand. After 25 rounds or so, the rubber makes a difference. At any rate, happy shooting!
