Picked this up today. I'll take it to the range Friday and put a few round through it. Ruger Redhawk .44 mag.

That's a nice one Jake! Looks like 7.5 barrel? I have the Super Blackhawk I picked up some years ago.

Yes, 7.5" barrel. I'll take some 44 special and mag.

nice Jake .... very nice indeed .... ours has fired untold thousands of rounds and is still remarkably tight .... you can get a spring kit that will allow you to adjust your trigger pull ... with full power loads, its recoil is more than my arthritic right hand can handle for more than a few rounds .... at reduced level loads she's still fun to fire
