I am kind of partial to my Uberti Stallion with the color case hardened frame, blued barrel and cylinder, brass back strap and trigger guard.

I need a Cattleman model in .357 to go with it.
That is a real nice revolver.

I can't decide which looks sharper, stainless or blued?
This SA-Western Ruger model is the Super Blackhawk in .44 Rem Mag. The barrel is 10.5", which is only 6" shorter than the barrel on my Henry SGC!! I'd say it would be a hoot to shoot. ;)

I saw this on the Uberti website last night and REALLY like this...they call it the "old west" finish...1873 Cattleman.

Yes sir it is. It balances very well.
The Stallion is a 7/8 scale gun so it is slightly smaller than a full sized revolver.

June 12th I'm taking the test to update my license from non-restricted (rifle) to include restricted (handgun). Then I can shoot both at the range. Wholesale Sports in Lethbridge (1 hour from home) carries Uberti Cattleman revolvers in stock. Some nice ones in. 45 Colt.
