Ya, it's only legal at the range. Anywhere else puts your license and firearms at risk, not to mention heavy fines or jail time.
The RCMP runs their database of licensed gun owners DAILY looking for red flags. Think about it; I get a background check every day now.

Get a mares leg its unrestricted belt gun:) plus you can put a full stock on it so its a two for one gun
