Other than Henry (if they produce such), I think your possible list of manufacturers is short.

Within the last four or five years, I had a Rossi .22LR lever rifle and although it was functional, I never warmed up to it. I traded it off for something but in any event, I would not buy another. Seemed like a youth rifle to me, maybe it was.

Savage is producing a lever rimfire but I have not seen one, held one or fired one. My only knowledge is from an article or two in firearms magazines.

I doubt you'll have much luck finding a side gate in .22lr let alone one that is also threaded.
Marlin made a side gate Model 1891 for few years over 100 yrs ago.

AI search had this to say:
Why .22LR and side gates are generally not compatible:

Heeled bullet design: The .22LR cartridge has a heeled bullet, meaning the bullet's diameter is the same as the casing's. This design makes it challenging to push the cartridge through a side loading gate without bending or damaging the soft lead bullet.

Henry makes their threaded frontier. It seems to be the best option out there for a threaded version.

Yup. I think so too. Just no side gate there.

I don't know of any modern levergun 22's with a side gate.
Some eject out the side but to my knowledge they are all tube load.
The new Savage 22 that I handled a few weeks back wasn't threaded.

What was your impression of the Savage .22?

I liked that it had some heft to it, kind of like the Marlin 39.
But, the overall appearance did nothing for me, it had a cheap look to it.
Couldn't cycle it, so I have no idea on that part.
