Little Sharps

Post by RanchRoper » Sun Nov 24, 2024 1:46 pm

Local hardware store has a 44-40 Chiappa Little Sharps in stock. Nice, I held it last week and would be fun to shoot for sure. If it was 45 Colt, I think it would have come home with me...26" barrel

Some 3fg and 215 gr RCBS bullet from a mould would put a smile on your face.

Ya I can't see me getting set up to load 44-40's. I have not been at the reloading bench for a few years now. I have enough 45 Colt ammo to shoot once a week until I'm 90, and I don't even shoot it much anymore. But it was a nice rifle, always liked the Sharps.
