After Remington tripped and fell on their own sword, It's great to see Ruger step up and answer the call. Ruger wants to get the Marlin line out as fast as possible, but they realize they must do an outstanding job.

Ruger quality in a Lever sounds good to me. Certainly don't think any less of my Henrys though.

Wrong caliber for me, will have to see what else they come out with.
I've heard mostly good reviews, so it is hopeful they'll do the name proud.

i love that, i have older one , non problem at all, except a solid kick ass when shooting :D
45-70 fun power ... :lol:

After a lot of tests, i'm back to a Burris scout optic, it seems to me being the better choice for this gun.
