Winchester 9422 Trapper

Post by Mistered » Wed Aug 08, 2018 9:45 pm

While parusing a local Pawn Shop today I spied a rather short .22 lever. Well, I asked to look at it and it is a Winchester 9422 Trapper - I never even knew they were made in a 16" barrel. A little research reveals these are fairly rare and the price on this one is well below what is being asked for those for sale.
I hate 'stumbling' onto a gun I like when I am not in the market for one!

Does that mean you bought it anyway?

Well, I was in a hurry but now that I have done a little research I may be making an offer!

If you can afford it, get it

Wouldn't wait too long on that one if you're interested. There are plenty of 9422 collectors out there who will grab a rare version like that at any price.

This...I hate non-buyer's remorse.

Fortunately the money is not an issue - it’s the convincing myself to do it - I am a terrible cheapskate - I am accused of having the first dollar I ever made!
