we dropped it off at our local FedEx in a Walgreens yesterday (the 20th) about noon .... according to FedEx, it was delivered just after noon today .... that ain't bad at all :

Apr 21 12:25 PM Granbury, TX, United States Delivered
Apr 21 8:10 AM Fort Worth, TX, United States On FedEx vehicle for delivery
Apr 21 7:59 AM Fort Worth, TX, United States At local FedEx facility
Apr 21 6:14 AM Dallas, TX, United States At destination sort facility
Apr 21 4:59 AM Memphis, TN, United States Departed FedEx location

38 & 44 special snap caps arrived today .... since I haven't had any call or other attempt from Henry to contact us, my hope is they have found all of the required documentation in the box .. 8-)

Good to see your item made it to is destination. I shipped a box recently from here via the PO. I will never use them again. They hire people to sit at a computer and tell me what I can plainly see with a tracking number and the usps website. The prceed to tell a customer that there doing an investigation. The package clearly left Denver and was not scanned where ever its next destination was. Surely they now the next destination or hub by its final destination. Then if you want your money back or even a chance at it you need to jump thru extensive hoops online to even have a chance to get it back. Legal thievery I call it. I should be able to take my receipt to my local PO and get a refund for the shipping plus the 50.00 included for a priority mail package insurance. Instead Im out the contents, shipping, and included ins. Even if you add ins you gotta prove what was in the box and its value to collect. Meaning you need receipts and pictures of the box contents.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

"Apr 21 12:25 PM Granbury, TX, United States Delivered"

our Roughneck has been back at the factory for just over 5 days, two of which were a Saturday and a Sunday .... no word from them yet, but then, none expected so soon .... just throwing out of comment :

if no word comes, how long would you wait before contacting them by phone or email .. :?:

well, call I did .... must say, I'm disappointed in the nature and tone of the response .... basically, nothing is known, no interest in finding out anything .... the sum total of the response was, we try to get them back within 6 weeks .... nothing more, nothing less ... realizing its still early in the process, at this point I'm not thrilled by Bond's service after the sale

My experience didn’t get better so I just quit dealing with them.
