Yeah, since I sold off all my 41 stuff (dies, ammo, bullets, brass, etc) a few years ago the last thing I wanted to do in these times is to take on a new caliber. I’m nicely set up for .223 in all components and a good selection of factory ammo on hand. I do appreciate you 41 guys, I started out with a S&W M/57 6” blue back in the early 80’s. I bought it because Washington State had just allowed handgun hunting for big game so I thought I would give it a try. Never shot a deer with it but I used it for handgun silhouette shooting in the revolver class and killed lots of steel targets back then. Since then I’ve had a M/657 and a Marlin 1894 FG so I do appreciate the 41 mag.
My next Henry will be just a plain old 30-30. I have my dad’s pre-64 M/94 and I have promised it to my nephew but he can’t have it until I get another 30-30 caliber. Sorry Tony.....
