Ive got 5 or 6 boxes of Nosler 210 hp also. I haven’t tried any of those yet but I anticipate good things

My carbine version 41 mag likes the Hornady 210 XTP’s also. Does much better with 2400 than H-110. Tip of the cap to you who cast your own.

Here’s the complete target with the 2400 load test. My rifle seems to like the slower velocity load.

Nice grouples, but you really should move them a couple clicks. ;) But you know that. :)
Bellum Omnium Contra Omnes is rapidly becoming a reality (11/2023). Para Bellum.

Haha Gene.
Hatch. Some nice groups all around, but yes looks like the 17.7 out perform the rest.
Heck next time I load some of those I'll try 5 and see it might be the magic also.

50 yards and yes to scoped, a 2-7x. I shot these groups from a bench but I’m mostly shooting off hand these days. Got loads figured out for my Henry’s so time to leave the bench and shoot gongs and bowling pins. Love tight groups but love reactive targets more.

Yep Gunny, these groups were just for load tests and my 41 is now dialed for POI at 50 yards. So much fun these rifles are.

I got distracted in my search for a .41 and ended up with this HO15 .360 instead. It has about the best trigger of any of my Henry's (and many other guns) with a no creep pull of from 46 to 48 ounces. Gotta hit the loading room before I can even give her a test drive. The plan is to run this rifle with 180 gr. and 200 grain powder coated cast bullets at 1700 to 1800 fps. Since the parent case is .30/30 there won't ever be a brass shortage. I won't bother to send HRC any more requests for .357 maximum now. :D

It gets about as much response as a SS 41 and a SS 38-55.

WOW!! That is fresh.
Will be Very interested in your range report.

Like Al, wish they'd add a couple of the "COOL" calibers to the line up.

Nice. Are you going to scope it or put a dot on it? I will be curious of your thoughts after you shoot it.

I'll scope it. Local business had 10% off Leupolds and I got another 10% veterans discount because of 4th of July plus I had $10 store credit. Walked out with 2X-7X Freedom with the "Hunt-Plex" crosshairs. I plan to use this gun and the X-Model for deer season this year. Wolves ate most of the deer herd up in the big woods so whether they turn out to be buck hammers or doe hammers or maybe no hammers at all remains to be seen.
