Hello all,
Just purchased my 1st Henry - Henry Big Boy Steel .45 Colt Side Gate with Large Loop.
I don't hunt but could go out all day in the woods and love it. I live in the city so local ranges are my go to other than a trip or two to our northern woods.
I have a 45 Colt Vaquero and reload so it was a natural to get the 45 LC Henry.
First 40 rounds all shot to the right so I'm hunting down the tools to tap my sight and get it shoot POA. Best I can do is 25 yards so it will hav eto do until I get to a better range.
Loving this Rifle - HO HO HO to all -

Welcome from eastern Washington State. Sounds like you have a fine pair of 45’s to enjoy.

Welcome from Nebraska. Like you, I paired a pistol and rifle. I thought long and hard about caliber. I went with the 357. That 45 is still itching me. Lol
Good luck on the adjustments. Enjoy your rifle and the forum.

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Hello and welcome from central W TN.
Hard to beat a pair of 45's, some serious business when need be and sure fun otherwise.

Welcome to the family, jump right in and post. Unlike other sites, we don't pick on one another, except in good fun. You know, like family. You post a fish pic, we'll say, "You call THAT a fish? Round here we use that for bait." You know, even if you just landed an Orca.
As far as sights go, look at the top right of the page, one of our sponsors is Skinner Sights. I put their brass peep sight on my Big Boy 357 Carbine and love it.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

Welcome from So-Cal. Paired up the .45 Colts also. Much fun! Again, welcome.
