Just For Kicks, What a surprise.

Post by Rep1954 » Sat Apr 11, 2020 2:27 am

A good reason why I shouldn’t be left at home alone. I was cleaning my 19” plus a little 22lr Mare’s Leg and got the crazy idea to throw one of my Burris FastFire 3’s on it. Not wanting anyone at the range to know what I did I made eye contact with no one. Any way this might be the gun that Burris intended the FFIII to be mounted on. Kind of looks a little odd but the best set up yet for shooting offhand with a cheek weld yet. Maybe if I give the setup a camouflage finish it might all blend. No I’m not home alone again but I am the only one awake!

I’ve already shot it a few times as is and as I said it’s the best shooting sight set up I’ve trie on it. Off hand with a cheek weld shooting CCI Blazers at 25 yards it keeps 75% in 1” add the rest in 2”. For sure there’s some beyond that.

Love that setup with the red dot. Looks like a fun rig to shoot.
