Sling For My Henry Pump 22
I’m looking for a sling for my pump that I can use to help steady the rifle. With my lever actions I can pull the rifle back into my shoulder with my forearm and that works great. If I do that with the pump it pulls the action back slightly when I fire and I’m thinking that is not a good thing. Any suggestions or comments?
I took the Redfield scope off and installed a Leupold 1.5-4x20.

my grandfather had a leather sling for his Model 94 .... it had a leather loop on each end .... one could be tightened around the stock behind the lever and the other end could be tightened around the magazine tube
