I know it's a bummer to have to send it back (I did it twice and got a replacement rifle after the second time), but it will be made right. Just a heads up... they will request that you remove the scope and rings before you do. Let us know how it all works out. Thanks.

Im like CT Ive sent one of mine in twice and another one once. Its not fun but they do take care of you and make it easy. When they send the forms and they give you a link to whats going on with your rifle. Pay attention to the link that sends you to the sheet while your rifle is at Henry. The last time I sent mine in I didnt get an email it was on its way back but they do post a shipping number there when its on its way back.

Re: Tube magazine dovetail loose.
Update on my loose magazine tube issue. Henry emailed me this morning with a shipping label for Rice Lake, WI. That facility is open while NJ is not. They asked me to remove the scope and then ship it directly to them, no FFL needed.
Now I just need to find a box that my Original Henry box can slide into.
But, sounds like warranty work is in fact up and running, just FYI.

Good news, hassle to send in and wait, however, I know you will be a satisfied customer when it returns!comiskeybum wrote: ↑Thu May 21, 2020 2:06 pmUpdate on my loose magazine tube issue. Update:
I just logged into the portal and I see that they shipped my rifle back to me today. Wow, that was fast. However, there does not seem to be a record of what they did to the rifle. Is there supposed to be? Or is that only on the paperwork inside the box when it arrives?

I'm sure they're very busy and rushed.
Maybe they assume that if everything is a-ok...it will be obvious. I CAN however, understand you wanting to hear or see it from them.
I think it will be on the returning paperwork. If I remember correctly, that is how it turned out for me....been a while.

Re: Tube magazine dovetail loose.
its been my experience that they haven't spent much time filling out detailed info on the website or on forms packed with the rifle .... when I've gotten my rifle back and it works I stopped worrying about it and enjoyed shooting it
