I'm sorry to hear your GG isn't up to par. Mine is just great and is my most often grabbed Henry.

I'm not worried because I know it will come back to me in great shape.daytime dave wrote: โThu May 04, 2023 9:41 amI'm sorry to hear your GG isn't up to par. Mine is just great and is my most often grabbed Henry.
It's a fun gun to start with. It has some utilitarian value, but that's neither here nor there.
I own 6 other Henry's, so I know how the mag tube is supposed to fit.
This was not it, but everyone makes mistakes on occasion.
This incident won't keep me from buying another Henry.

It's home and it works like it should.
Report states that they replaced the outer magazine tube.
I did not send it back in the Henry box that it came in originally.
I wrapped it up tight and shipped it out in a plain brown cardboard box.
It came back to me with a brand new Henry box, complete withe the tag including my serial number.
I now have two boxes for my garden gun.
Thank you Henry customer service.
Just over one week from shipping out to return.

Congrats! Glad everything went smoothly.
I love mine. I've taken out a few Carpenter bees with it.
