Deleting cookies.

This proves I'm a dinosaur. What does that do? Will it delete passwords, etc? Positives? Thanks.

Tom, this article describes how to delete cookies and why you may or may not want to do it. It may be of some help.

Thanks CT, I believe I'm good then. Was just sort of wondering. I'll leave it be. Thanks again.

I run the free version of SuperAntiSpyware occasionally. It does a good job of just deleting ad and tracking cookies but leaves the good cookies, like the ones that let you open forums and not have to log in again (if you didn't log out). You'd be amazed at the amount of ad and tracking cookies it will find.

I'm super paranoid. I have my browser setup to delete everything when I close the browser. In the browser I have autoplay of audio and video disabled and a bunch of other non-default security settings turned on. I also use AdBlockPlus. Gotten fairly good at creating my own custom ad block lists.

I sure do like deleting cookies at my house. I think there might be one waiting in the kitchen now.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.
