I got the little guy started on his lessons on the 3rd, he's being introduced to reading, spelling, subtraction, and science this year. In the next few months he will be also introduced to history, telling time via an analog clock, finances, and possibly nutrition...
He does get automotive technology when I'm working on the car, or just tinkering around on something. The better half shows him computer stuff, easier ways of doing math, and sports.
Hmmm now that I think of it, I don't think I have ever mentioned that he's home schooled. ;)

Manly man comes in my room and tells me, " mom you need your rest, I don't need lessons today". Skips off to play with his trains.
I am sick, had to call off yesterday.
