Range Report: Henry SGC

Post by Sir Henry » Sun Jan 13, 2019 5:22 pm

I can’t remember the last time I shot this bad. I was shooting offhand at 25 yards and had 8” groups.

The good news is they fixed the potholes at the gate.

Sounds like an ammo issue. It can't be you.

Been there, done that, SH. No never mind.
You have been on a fairly extended range break.
All it will take is practice...practice...practice.
You'll soon be posting us those touching POIs before long.

Just glad you're getting back on the range again.

Put some clay pigeons on that bank and get rid of that paper and you wont be able to tell where your group is.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

In my own defense I had the wrong globe insert at the time. I had gone to the range to zero a scope but the rifle range was not full but very busy. Ceasefires are not often and they last a long time with a lot of people. The pistol bay was empty and rimfire rifles can be shot on the pistol side.
