Yes, it is called the Gunslinger Forum. It is kind of quiet, yet an interesting place to belong to:

Good site! I'm on that one too.

Henry lever action .22's and Heritage single actions seem to be a natural pair.

I'm a member at TrapShooters.com, the Pointing Dog Journal message board (open only to subscribers of that magazine), Shotgun World, UltimatePheasantHunting.com and an Ithaca owners forum (I own seven Ithaca Model 37 shotguns in various gauges).

my first shotgun that would hold more than 2 shells was an Ithaca Model 37 Featherweight slug gun .... without any doubt it's the most accurate slug gun I've ever owned or ever fired .... its also the "kick'n est" shotgun I've ever owned .... that was back in the 2 3/4" era, can't imagine what it would be like to fire a 3" or 3 1/2" shell in that rig .... its long gone but the memories of the shoulder bruises remains .. :?

Yeah, that's their reputation – it's a trade-off for their light weight.

Honestly, it's never been an issue for me, and I've had many 100-round-plus days with them. Perhaps my fondness for the brand prevents me from feeling it.

I could handle low brass loads but firing slugs and buckshot were painful .... I always like the bottom ejection ....
