Deer sniper hide

Post by GunnyGene » Tue Jun 30, 2020 3:24 pm

Not much to do yet, so thought I drop some pics of where I shoot from during deer season.

From inside my wood shop using the TS as a bench. It's about 110yds to the tree line.

A lazy-boy recliner, beer and chips and you are ready to go.

And to think some folks would call that shooting bench a table saw. Crazy fools.

Got the b&c. Not enough room for the lazy-boy, I still do a little woodworking in there.

That looks much more accessible and comfy than my deer hide spot...probably warmer too in Nov.

I can picture it now... Here comes the big buck... Your heart is racing... You set down the beer... quietly grab your rifle... He is in your sights! Suddenly your knee bumps the switch on the table saw, as it loudly whirls to life the monster buck loudly whirls back to the woods!!!!

Hey Gunny,
Just seen where you shoot from. I rough it too sometimes , lol, but this gives me all the comforts of home inside and keeps me cozy on those bitter cold days. This picture was from a couple years ago but not much has changed. It overlooks my hay field and surrounding woods.
