AGREE .... realizing they may not be open for a while, I'd continue to use it while keeping an eye on it .... having dealt with Henry's customer service, I'd get it back to them as quickly as possible ....

Ive never done any peeing to a sight base. But I have in the past used some brass shim stock to tighten it up. That also works real well.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Those two parts don't fit together proper. Looks to me like it needs to go back to Henry. Either the barrel groove is cut too large, or the magazine tube insert is too small. I don't think you should be able to move it around like that with one hand, especially both directions. A punch and hammer should be required.

Starting to think you're right. The guy who did the scope mount offered to look at for me but I sent him the same video and he said "looks like a factory issue, I can take a look but might have to go in."

Blah, I just got the scope mounted, id hate to ship the thing with a scope on it.

Yeah, sorry dude. That looks like a new barrel to me. Remove all your add ons and send it back. You will be happy with the results.

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

UGH. How annoying. I know they will take care of it. I work in customer service for a manufacturer so I totally understand that things like this will happen but man that sucks having just mounted the scope. I will go online and fille out the warranty request form and link them to my video.
