46 gray, and having a cup in the Gadsen Flag mug. Still cleaning up the mess from the high winds we've had in the past 2 days.
Can't complain here, because I'm outside instead of being inside.

Minus 30c this morning. Thankfully, the wind has died down from yesterday's gale force bone chilling winds. We're in for it this week. Another 7 days of frigid temps. Tonight, -40 is expected. Brrrr!!!

My coffee has frozen solid.

We don't have a deep-freeze here, but temps continue below freezing with wind chills down into the 20s. These conditions are not helping since a "freezing fog" has hung around all day so far. That doesn't help to improve the layer of black ice still on parts of many MO and KS roadways. Since I'm retired, I choose to be ice-bound today.

Ice is not nice.

37 and not expected to get any warmer. Maybe 39. Prediction for today is mixed rain/snow. Then colder temps and snow thru Thursday.

The van gets around quite well in the snow with chains.
