Chilly range

Post by dasmoeturhead » Wed Dec 04, 2019 11:22 am

Range day with the Silver Boy. I could only manage around 150 rounds down range, due to my hands getting to darn cold. Heck it's only 39Β° out, but that darn wind. love shootin this little rifle.

You ain't supposed to let em hear you.

My mom is 86 years young and if I shot at her iron skillet she'd tan my hide! :o

Hahaha, yeah she got some new skillets, so I was the lucky recipient of a few of them. Mostly retired now.

He's in my backyard. It just wouldn't be sportin like. I've been feeding them corn all year. Food has been scarce for em, and the Coyotes have been on the prowl. We've got a pretty nice heard of deer. They were pretty scraggly lookin, but they look healthy now. I had to quit hunting due to bad knees, feet and pelvic fractures. I Still get around, but it's painful, and this guy is only 25 yards from my porch. Somebody else will probably fill there freezer with him.
