My new Henry 410 Single Shot is on the way..

Post by DaveShooter » Tue Nov 12, 2019 9:35 am

I can't wait to add the 410 Single Shot to my Collection of Henry's.
As I made the Final Payment down at Buds Gun Shop last night on line.
As I have the 24" Blued steel Lever 410 in 2.5" Shell's that I hunt with . But wanted the Single Shot in 3"
To hunt with as well too. Looking forward to Picking it Up from my Dealer's Shop hopefully this Week... :D :D :D :D

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Man is this a very Sweet 410 Single Shot. Just placed a 223/556 Henry Single Shot in Law away. That will make # 8 Henry's in my Henry Collection of Lever Actions and Single Shot Rifles and Shotguns. Can't have just one. As I Love'em all...

Yes that 410 Single Shot is a True Beauty. And looking forward to The New 223/556 in lay away at Buds.
I just put in a Suggestion for Henry to Make or MFG a Single Shot in the 350 Legend Cartridge.
As I live in the State of Ohio where only Straight Walled Cartridge Rifles are only Allowed to Hunt Deer with.
As I do and have hunted with my Good ole faithful 45/70 or Thumper as its known or called...

I also dropped a hint to Henry about the 350 Legend only in a lever action. Iowa recently adopted the cartridge for deer hunting also. I've read and heard some very favorable accounts of how effective it is. The Winchester XPR's in 350 are flying off the shelf in IA. Not sure if the market is big enough for Henry to retool something, but it'd sure be fun to down a deer without the "Thump". :D
