That is a great price for that rifle considering the MSRP of $892.00. Of course nobody expects to pay MSRP. If it's in like new condition, then, as I said, that is a great price for an engraved receiver rifle. Very nice looking rifle with a rich history.
I would be happy to own one, just don't know how much I would actually use such a show piece.
I am assuming it is the H004SE, ( .22 S/L/LR ).
If it's theHOO4SEM or H004SEV, then the price he is asking is even better, as those models are $924.00 and $945.00.

Before you buy it you might want to put hands on if you havent. The drop in the stock in that model along with the Golden Boy doesnt always fit everyone. For me I cannot get a good cheek weld and line up the sights. Unless of course you arent going to shoot it then it doesnt really matter.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Guess what I said is to be taken with a grain. To me, the decision rests on you ...if it were me, and I could afford it, with no regrets afterwards, then I would probably be a proud owner
